A double column machining centre uses two upright columns to support the spindle head — unlike a single-column (bridge or column) machining centre. Yes. Every component is inspected and verified against drawing tolerances before dispatch. Dimensional inspection documentation is provided with every delivery. Our six-stage manufacturing workflow includes inspection and verification as a mandatory step before dispatch.

Our SANCO SM-2000s is equipped with a manual angular milling head attachment. This enables machining of features on inclined and perpendicular faces without repositioning the component — reducing setup count, lead time and positional error between features on different faces.
