DHANRAJ Engineering takes on components that are too large, too heavy, or too unforgiving for a standard machining shop. The work is done on one machine family: the SANCO SM-2000s, with 2200 mm of X-axis travel and a 2100 × 1000 mm table.

Every order follows the same sequence — drawing study, fixture planning, CNC programming, machining, inspection, and documented dispatch — so a large part has one accountable process from print to dispatch.

The double column structure is what makes the heavy cut practical. It holds rigidity while the spindle works, which is the condition required to meet drawing tolerance on large-format parts.

Precision surface milling at DHANRAJ Engineering is set up for large faces, not small fixture work. The SM-2000s table is 2100 × 1000 mm, with 1200 mm of Y-axis travel, 900 mm of Z-axis travel, and 1100 mm between the columns.

Programming runs on the Fanuc 18i-MB controller with the Data Servo Mould Package. The same inspection step used on every order checks the milled surface against the drawing before dispatch.

When a component needs a true face across a large envelope, it stays on one machine and with one team instead of moving between shops.

Boring, drilling, and tapping are run on the same SANCO SM-2000s centre: BT-50 spindle taper, spindle speed up to 6000 RPM, and the Fanuc 18i-MB controller.

Multi-side machining on a rigid double column machine reduces the number of setups a large component needs. Fewer setups shorten the route to a finished part without setting accuracy aside.

Send the drawing with material, quantity, and the delivery you need. Hole patterns are quoted against that drawing, not against a generic tolerance.
