Many Pune components fail on a face, not on a small hole. A joint face, a mounting pad, or a long datum has to be flat where the next assembly will sit. Precision milling, for that kind of part, means a table big enough to support the component and a setup stable enough to hold the size.
Surface milling at DHANRAJ Engineering uses the SANCO SM-2000s table of 2100 × 1000 mm, with 1200 mm of Y travel and 900 mm of Z travel. Programming is on the Fanuc 18i-MB with the Data Servo Mould Package. The same inspection step used on every order checks the milled surface against the drawing before dispatch.
Holemaking stays on that centre when the drawing calls for it. Boring, drilling, and tapping run on a BT-50 spindle at up to 6000 RPM. Doing the face and the holes in a planned sequence cuts extra setups. Fewer setups matter on a large part because each new clamp is another chance to lose the datum you just cut.
This is job work for plants that already know the component. We do not invent a tolerance. The print does. If the face is long and the holes share that face, say so in the enquiry so the fixture plan can treat them together.
Pune buyers can send the drawing as PDF or DXF. Include material and quantity. We respond within one business day from the Bhosari MIDC shop.
