Every machining operation at DHANRAJ Engineering runs on a SANCO SM-2000s double column machining centre, built in Taiwan. It is the technical foundation of the shop, not one machine among many.
Published specification: table 2100 × 1000 mm, X travel 2200 mm, Y travel 1200 mm, Z travel 900 mm, and 1100 mm between the columns. The spindle is BT-50 at up to 6000 RPM. The controller is a Fanuc 18i-MB, programmed with the Data Servo Mould Package.
The double column architecture is there for rigidity under heavy cutting. That rigidity is what keeps a large component on drawing tolerance while the cutter is loaded. If your part fits this envelope, it can be studied as a single-shop job rather than split across vendors.
